OUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

Initial Consultation & Team Build: A time for us to meet and connect making sure that the project is a good fit for all involved. Your team will consist of the following (depending on the scope of the project)
- Interior Designer
- Architect
- Contractor/Builder
- Landscape Designer
- Lighting Designer
- Engineer
Conceptual & Schematic Design: Where the fun happens and a place to explore the creativity and endless limits to a project. Basic space planning layouts, preliminary finish selections, and preliminary sketches.
Design Development: This is when the project gets real. Final floor plans, elevations and detail drawings with specifications are all created for the contractor/builder to price out the project. This is also when furniture and lighting selections are made for purchase.

Purchasing: Once the Client has approved everything above, this is when the contractor/builder and Interior Designer start purchasing all items. They will oversee all vendors involved to ensure a smooth process.
Receiving and Inspection: All items that come in will be inspected and secured until the project is ready for installation.
Install and Styling: Now it’s time for the Interior Designer to do their magic. This can go so far in detail that even the toothbrush is waiting for your arrival.
